Continuous Level Measurement

Tank farms - The measurements are processed either by a central computer, or a manual readout system.

Chemical Plants and Plating Shops - Hazardous liquids; such as acids, bases, and solvents; are measured and /or controlled by our Stainless Steel and Teflon® Probes and Transmitters.

Fuel Storage or Processing - Since our systems are Intrinsically safe, accurate measurement of these liquids is practical in many hazardous environments.

Electronic Manufacturing Plants - Processing of Semiconductors, measuring and controlling the level of the various chemicals and de-ionized water.

Military Installations - Fuel depots, research laboratories, water storage, and naval applications such as measurement, control, and alarm of sea water, holding compartments, and water tanks.

High Pressure Tanks - Champagne tanks, very high pressure applications - spray tanks, military research laboratories.

Miniature Single Point Sensors

This is one of our most versatile and popular sensors operating both intrusive and non-intrusive. 

Tubing Detector (Non Intrusive) - Liquid presence detection through the plastic wall of a Tygon® tube, or pipe, drug testing , hospital plasma detection, food, and drink dispensing systems, xerographic machines.

Leak detection - Machine shops, ship or boat hulls, under ground tanks, mobile spray rigs, sumps, fuel depots, plating shops, chemical manufacturing plants, electronics manufacturing.

Liquid Level Control - Liquid level sensing and control of virtually any liquid, in almost any situation; There is no standard application, but we can customize and deliver it.

Hydrocarbon Leak Detectors 

Underground or above ground fuel tanks -These detectors were specifically designed to detect leaks from double walled tanks.  The detectors are placed in the interstitial space to detect either hydrocarbon or water or both.

Hydraulic fluid, or other chemical leaks in various environments.
